Through our line of credit mortgage, you can secure substantial credit to finance more elaborate property deals. We now offer Bahrain’s highest ever mortgage credit, running up to BD 1.25 million.

The credit offered through this solution can be used to finance residential, commercial and investment properties. Subject to the satisfaction of certain predefined criteria, the line of credit is available to be used across as many mortgages as you wish. You are not obliged to use the complete amount offered by the line of credit immediately, through you will have a grace period of three months during which to allocate the funds you need.

Finance is available for nationals and expatriates in Bahrain for up to 10 years and up to 70% of the property value.
