Sakana Holistic Housing Solutions has added another first to its innovative and extensive portfolio of property-related services by introducing a property consultancy service. The first step in this process was the recent signing of a US$20 million MOU with developer RMK Projects, a division of R. M. Kooheji & Sons, which will allow Sakana to market “Nasmah“, a freehold high-rise residential building in Juffair.

With this development, the innovative mortgage provider is offering end-to-end solutions including sales, marketing, contract administration as well as attractive mortgage finance deals.
