Reyadh Yousif Sater is the Chairman of the Board of Sakana Holistic Housing Solutions BSC©. Previously he was a member of the board of Sakana. He is currently the Deputy CEO of Shared Services Group at BBK, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Capinnova and Deputy Chairman of Credimax. He is also Member of Board Audit Committee of Tamkeen (Labour Fund and Vice Chairman of Board & Chairman of Audit Committee of Benefit Company’s. In this role, he is involved in internal committees including the Assets & Liability Management Committee, Senior Human Resources Committee, Risk Management Committee and the BBK Project Committee.

Mr Sater, who joined BBK in 1978, is a Certified Internal Auditor. He has managed many vital BBK projects including the Y2K Testing Committee and the EMU Euro Project. As acting GM, he spearheaded the improvement of internal control and organizational procedures for BBK subsidiary, BBK Financial Services Company. He established the bank’s Card and Loan Operations Units and, overall, plays a vital role in strategic planning.

Mr. Sater holds an MBA from the University of Glamorgan (UK), an Executive Management Diploma from the University of Bahrain and a Banking Diploma from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. He is a member of the US Institute of Internal Auditors and the Canadian Chartered Association of Business Administrators.
