Property Must be in located in the Kingdom of Bahrain
Eligibility Resident and Non Resident individuals whether Salaried or Self Employed, Corporates
Age For Individuals:Minimum age: 21 yearsMaximum age: 60 years for salaried Applicants and 65 years for self-employed applicantsIn case of Joint Applicants, the maximum tenor considered would be based on the maximum age of either of the applicants.

Length of Service Resident & Non Residents Individuals: Minimum 3 years of continuous service
Financing For Individuals & Residents: Up to 90% of property value.For GCC Residents: Up to 80% of property value.For Non Residents & Corporates: Up to 70% of property value
DBR (Debt Burden Ratio) Proportion of all monthly obligations to banks/financial institutions against Monthly Income Maximum 55%
Insurance Life Insurance requiredProperty Insurance required
Security Depending on the type of financing, property will be either required to be registered in Sakana’s name or mortgaged to Sakana.Security cheques
