Property Must be in located in the Kingdom of Bahrain
Eligibility Resident and Non Resident individuals whether Salaried or Self Employed, Corporates
Age For Individuals:

Minimum age: 21 years

Maximum age: 60 years for salaried Applicants and 65 years for self-employed applicants

In case of Joint Applicants, the maximum tenor considered would be based on the maximum age of either of the applicants.

Limits on financing Minimum: BD 20,000

Maximum: BD 1.25 million

Minimum Income Single Applicant: BD 350

Joint Applicant: BD 500

Length of Service Resident & Non Residents Individuals: Minimum 3 years of continuous service
Financing For Individuals & Residents: Up to 90% of property value.

For GCC Residents: Up to 80% of property value.

For Non Residents & Corporates: Up to 70% of property value

DBR (Debt Burden Ratio) Proportion of all monthly obligations to banks/financial institutions against Monthly Income Maximum 55%
Insurance Life Insurance required

Property Insurance required

Security Depending on the type of financing, property will be either required to be registered in Sakana’s name or mortgaged to Sakana.
