Self-employed Applicants: 65 years
In case of Joint Applicants, the maximum tenor considered would be based on the maximum age of either of the applicants.

Length of Service
Resident & Non Resident Individuals: Minimum 3 years of continuous service
Financing
For Individuals & Residents: Up to 90% of property value.
For GCC Residents: Up to 80% of property value.
For Non Residents & Corporates: Up to 70% of property value
DBR (Debt Burden Ratio)
Proportion of all monthly obligations to banks/financial institutions against Monthly Income is maximum of 55%
Insurance
Life Insurance and Property Insurance are required
Security
Depending on the type of financing, property will be either required to be registered in Sakana’s name or mortgaged to Sakana.
