Government Property Registration Fee

The fee percentages are divided into three segments based on property value:

• Property value up to BD 70,000 will be charged 1.5%.
• Property value BD 70,000 – BD 120,000, will be charged 2%.
• Property value BD 120,000 and above will be charged 3%.
