Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to inform you that we have completed successfully 5 years in business since we commenced commercial operations on 3 December 2006. We take this opportunity to thank you for doing business with us and for your continued trust and support.
During our journey this far we have been able to provide wide range of holistic housing solutions and be a catalyst for the prosperity of the housing sector. However, market conditions have been extremely challenging since 2008 with the onset of global financial crisis. We continue to face challenges with respect to funding our business at reasonable cost. Going forward, we are committed to improving our customer service and developing solutions to the housing market.
We take this opportunity to reward your loyalty by reducing your mortgage rate by 0.25% per annum (i.e. 25 basis points). This reduction will be available as and when your lease period is renewed commencing from 3 December 2011. Kindly note that this loyalty reward will be available provided your mortgage account does not have any installment arrears.
